What SA Children SayAbout Covid-19
SA Children told the Commissioner that the world would be better without Covid and that they need to know more about vaccines. They are missing loved ones and social occasions and they understand that everyone has to do the right thing but they really missing loved ones and social occasions.

SA Children told their Commissioner that when it comes to Grown-ups they would like adults to listen to them more, get to know more about them, and remember that children know more than adults think they do. SA Children told the Commissioner that in relation to jobs, skills and the future, they would like to get a good job, help others and keep learning.

What SA Children Say About Looking After The Planet
When it comes looking after the planet children had a lot to say. This snapshot summarises SA Children’s views on the need to create a sustainable future, how it’s affecting the Earth’s environment, and how people and places, animals and plants need us all to act now.
They also want to see more bike paths and a faster take up of electric cards. They are clear that went it comes to climate change, adults should not expect kids to clean up their mess!
What SA Children Say About Wellbeing At School
SA Children told their Commissioner that they would like to know more about what happens at school, the want the school curriculum to be expanded to include more variety, they want education to be affordable for everyone and they would like children who are struggling at school to be better supported.
What Worries SA Children Most (2019)
SA Children told the Commissioner that what worries them most is not being listened to, school and homework, being bullied and navigating friendships with friends and family and the environment. Read the full snapshot here.
